About J P Miller
With over two decades in the video game industry, I’ve built worlds, shaped teams, and helped bring award-winning projects to life. I currently serve as an Associate World Director at Electronic Arts, where I guide asset creation. My work has covered different genres including photorealistic racing, open-world exploration, and character-driven experiences.
My work has contributed to multiple BAFTA-nominated titles and several Sony platform launch games. Over the years I’ve developed a broad skillset spanning environment art, vehicle art, organics, level design, and creative leadership. Having navigated the highs and lows of the industry firsthand, I’ve built a leadership style rooted in empathy, resilience, and a passion for constant innovation.
My dedication to advancing the craft led to my invitation to join BAFTA, where I continue to support and champion the future of interactive entertainment.
